I'd put Rails up against almost any other steak house and feel confident that they would come out on top. Rails 133 is the newest restaurant in Central, SC. And our server (this time Matt) was incredible. We look a bit younger so the fact that he cared that much made us feel good. Yet the best part might be the service! The manager came to our table 3 times to check in and make sure we were okay. The food is phenomenal, the drinks are impeccable and the atmosphere is remarkably charming. Ever gone to a steak house and asked for medium and got medium well? Yea, that's never going to happen here.
